Although this approach may require slightly longer delivery times than local warehouses, it helps us maintain excellent product quality while minimizing unnecessary costs.

Every order is carefully reviewed, packed, and inspected before shipment.

Standard Processing Time

• 2–4 business days

• Includes order verification, quality inspection, and packaging.

Peak Shopping Periods

During holidays, promotional events, or other busy seasons, processing may take up to 5 business days before your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

We keep our shipping costs simple and transparent.

Flat Shipping Rate: $5.99 USD per order.

The shipping fee remains the same regardless of the number of items purchased or the destination country.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your package has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please keep in mind:

• Tracking details may require 1–3 business days to become active after shipment.

• During transit, tracking updates may occasionally pause before the next scan.

• A temporary lack of movement does not necessarily indicate that your package has been delayed or lost.

5. Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs procedures in the destination country.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

• Import duties

• Customs charges

• Local taxes or government fees

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Woplanbda™ cannot control customs clearance times or additional fees imposed by individual countries.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

Because we begin preparing orders shortly after payment is received, changes must be requested as soon as possible.

If you need to:

• Update your shipping address

• Correct order information

• Cancel your purchase

Please contact us within 12 hours after placing your order.

Once your order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to modify or cancel it.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

We want every order to arrive safely.

Damaged Deliveries

If your package or product arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Lost Shipments

If the shipping carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost during transit, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
